1. Means of identification- International Passport, Driver’s Licence, Permanent Voter’s Card or National Identification Card.
2. Proof of Local Government of Origin.
3. Original Copies of Certificates.
4. National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) discharge Certificate (for graduates only)
